Survey & Property Pack

We usually start by discussing your requirements in detail for each property then we conduct a survey.  Depending on your preference, we will compile a property pack for each building you own or lease, this will contain all details & information pertaining to each property.  Following the survey, we can put together a Planned/Preventative Schedule of Works detailing all recommended & required maintenance works across an agreed fixed term period (usually in line with a leasehold agreement).  This will allow you to manage the upkeep of your property,  meeting all legal & statutory requirements whilst also helping you plan, manage & control your budget. 

Although we anticipate a reduction of reactive repair work, we can also assist with any works required should an emergency occur and of course can manage any dilapidations when you leave a property.
